Erin N. Prete, Partner
A partner in the firm since 2017, leads Gasdick Stanton Early’s Residential Real Estate division. Ms. Prete has practiced in the areas of foreclosure, real estate, and litigation since her admission to the Florida Bar in 2008. She also represents the interests of business and real estate investors, banks, credit unions, and private developers.
Ms. Prete received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Florida State University and her Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law. Ms. Prete is a member of the Florida Bar, Orange County Bar Association, Commercial Real Estate Women, Central Florida Real Estate Attorney Council, and The Fund. She is also a title agent for Old Republic National Title Insurance Company.
